These Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Portal eLearning modules are required training on the functions of the EVV Aggregator and EVV Portal, and are managed by the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP).

Program providers and financial management service agencies (FMSAs) must complete these eLearning modules on an annual basis to satisfy the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) annual EVV Portal training requirement. For more information, refer to the EVV Training section located in the EVV Policy Handbook.

This training consists of six modules with a total runtime of an hour. Each module’s duration ranges from 8 to 13 minutes.
After all the modules are completed, a completion message will display and allow you to save and/or print the certificate for your records. The certificate certifies the program provider or FMSA has met the annual EVV Portal training requirement for one year following the certificate issue date.

To retake this training, select the Retake button located at the top of this page. The Retake button will not appear until all modules display as completed. For questions or any issues, contact the TMHP LMS Administrator at tmhptrainingsupport@tmhp.com.
